How can I change my life with no money


Today I was thinking about my own situation and the question how can I change my life with no money came back into mind. You see money is important but it will not make you happy. I discuss the importance of money itself in this video post 

So let’s have a look at how you can change your life if you have no money, because life is definitely about mindset and combine that with the tips I give in my change your life transformation program you will be on your way to understanding how you can live a successful life and attract all the money that you want as well. 

Tips on changing your life without having any money to spend

  • You can attract money by using the law of attraction to guide you on the way. Now it may seem mystical that you can attract anything you want in life but the reason it doesn’t work for everyone is because of the below
    • In life you need to have a plan, you need to write down everything that you want on paper. Once you have written down what you want, you have to spend time thinking about your options to obtain those things. When you spend 30 minutes a day in the morning and the evening you are confirming in your mind that you want those things and ideas will start popping into your head on how to obtain them. Most people just have random thoughts occasionally and do not concentrate on commanding what they want. 
    • You need to start forcing yourself to be happy with your situation, even if you have no money you need to dream and envisage what it will be like for you to become rich and what you would spend all that money on and how it could and can change your life
    • Be nice to people because you never know who you might meet or bump into in your daily routine. For me I met a guy in the pub one day who changed my life forever and it was only by striking up a conversation with him and becoming friends that I got my first stepping stone into my career progression. This has happened numerous times since then when you bother to spread kindness and love to others. 
    • Spreading kindness and love will attract similar things into your life as well. If you give to the Universe the law of reciprocity will pay you back. I discuss this more in my transformation program and the video about spreading happiness here
    • If you have a job currently you should always do your best to be the best you can at it. Most jobs can be rewarding no matter what they are if you change your attitude about the way you view them. I also put a video together on how you can make your job better you can find here
    • Network with people and don’t be afraid to ask them if they have any spare jobs. Most employers nowadays are looking for honest and hardworking people to help run their business. If you show tenacity and commitment sometimes it doesn’t matter if you don’t have the skills they will employ you anyway because of your attitude

Now for me I can give advice on this subject because I have always done well in life by following some of the principles that I am going to highlight below.

But I have had money and to be fair all the materialistic things in the World will not make you happy. So if you are looking for money to make you happy I’m afraid that you have to find happiness first and foremost and then the money will follow. 

Follow these simple tips below for finding happiness and letting the money find you

  • In your current job get on the right side of your boss. Do all the jobs that are causing them problems. As a reward for taking the stress away from them you will get what you deserve. All the other employees will sit there moaning while you reap the rewards
  • Find happiness everywhere, follow my program and jump out of bed in the morning with a smile and see your life as a challenge and not something you are not happy with
  • Change your attitude from needing money to wanting money and how it can improve your lifestyle and why it would add value to your life. Most people who win the lottery fail to keep it because they have no clue about what value it can give them in life
  • As above write everything down about why money is so important to you and then put a plan together on how you can achieve it. You can make money even by creating videos on youtube nowadays on any topic and find a following that loves what you have to say. So there are no excuses here for not finding ways to make some additional money
  • Look at your life and see whether you have any special gifts to offer the World – if you do then it is about time you showed the World your worth and get yourself out there
  • Actually do something about your situation, don’t just complain you have no money. If you do this you will attract all the things that you do not want and will end up never getting the money you are after
  • Everything takes time and a little effort but if you look at your situation now, it can’t be any harder than it is to put on a brave face and go looking for opportunities to change your life in anyway you can
  • Don’t beat yourself about it, it is just the situation you are in currently and if you follow the above it is surprising how quickly your life can change if you just put a plan together and work towards implementing it
  • Most people will never have money because they believe they are not worth it. But Bill Gates and every other billionaire on the planet has exactly the same time in a day and started in exactly the same place as you. The only difference is they had a plan with a lifestyle and a go getters attitude to achieve their dreams
  • Dream big and spend everyday thinking what your life will look like when you get the job of your dreams, the money of your dreams and just stop all the excuses 

Life can be hard right guys but it is only as hard as we make it. When we take the time to forge our future and put a plan together it is just amazing what we can achieve. 

Don’t listen to others as they will only hold you back and stop wishing to win the lottery as this is unlikely to happen. What will happen however is if you put a smile on your face and follow the tips as above you will have a plan you can measure on how you are going to change your life and attract the money you deserve. 

It won’t happen overnight so you need to stay consistent for at least 6 mths but it will happen just believe.

How can you change your life in just 6 months


I was sitting here thinking just how can you change your life in just 6 months and what I can do to help you get there. You see I completely changed my life around and I feel so good everyday that I wouldn’t ever go back to the way I was even if you gave me a million pounds. 

You see most people just won’t change their life until it is too late and that is pretty common across all people. We wake up everyday, we are really busy, we want things, but we don’t want them enough to really do anything about it. This is something I discuss in more detail in my 60 day change your life transformation program. 

how can you change your life in just 6 months

Because that is exactly what happened to me and I lost everything, then I had to work out how to change my life as quickly as possible too. Otherwise those demons come out to get you and that it is a place that none of us really want to go. 

But lets jump in and work out some ways that you can change your life in just 6mths without having to lose everything first and foremost. 

Think about whether you are happy or not

If you are really not happy in your life and you have done everything you can think possible to change it, then it is likely that you need to move on. Sometimes we have hard decisions in life but if you are not yourself and you are living a compromised lifestyle then that is doing you no good at all. 

All that will happen is that your happiness will diminish over time and you will lose who you are and what your purpose is in life. Which is why I created the first video in my change your life transformation program as being you are the most important person to think about first in your life

If you look after your own happiness then you will be smiling and then everyone around you will be smiling too. But when you are down and unhappy for whatever reason this rubs off on others and before you know it no one wants to be around you and they become grumpy in your presence too. 

So always put yourself first and foremost and that doesn’t mean being selfish because your family, friendships and children should be priority but you cannot give them your all if you are not feeling yourself. 

Change is inevitable and you are better being in control of it

When you are thinking about how to change your life around, change plays a massive part in it. Change can either be something that is done to you or something that you partake in and have input into the results. 

So let me give you an example – you are unhappy in your marriage or relationship but you compromise and stay because it just seems easier than breaking up and going through all the hassle – so you settle for just an okay life. 

Then your partner runs off with someone younger as they recognise things aren’t right. This is enforced change and I can tell you that you do not want this route to happen because it leaves you bitter, twisted and can take a long time to get over. 

But and I am not saying leave your partner by the way either but you see that things aren’t going right – you do everything you can to talk and communicate with them but you can’t agree and know that it will never get better. 

You decide that you should go your separate ways – neither of you have met anyone else but are hurt by the decision. But you can negotiate the house, the kids and everything else because it is a mutual agreement that you are not meant for each other.

This is called controlled change and once you take control you get more positive results. Unfortunately most people go for the first option because they believe meeting someone else first will make all the difference. It doesn’t by the way it just leads to a world of hell. 

So take control of your life through change and be in control of who you have in your life and how your life is going to go. 

Next is learning how to make positive changes in your life

One of the major things in life is to have clarity of your thoughts. I discussed this in the video clarity in my change your life transformation program. One of the reasons we are unhappy is because we think about things when we are already stressed out. 

When you are stressed you play things back and forth in your head and then make irrational decisions because they are based on emotions and not any real thought process behind me. 

Let me give you an example because this is one of the ways that you will be able to work out how to change your life in 3 months

Example – you wake up in the morning and you are rushing around. Your partner is rushing around trying to get the kids ready and the house is just chaos. Your partner is rude to you and you are not happy. 

You jump in the car and rush to work and get stuck in traffic. Then your thoughts jump in and you replay the mornings events. Damn my house is chaos everyone hates each other, my partner is a nightmare and I hate my life.

Now this is easily done but it doesn’t help your situation because there will be loads of other times that your household is a happy one and full of love. 

One of the ways that allows you to achieve a 6 month life transformation is either by turning positives into negatives or  accepting that this was just a bad day and everything will be cool when you get home. 

Ask your yourself why and how you want to change your life around

Most people know why they want to change their life they just cannot make a decision on making the change. That is mainly down to confidence in your decisions and belief in your actions. I talked about this in more detail in this video

The fact is you have to believe in your yourself and the decisions that you make. After all it is your life and even with the great advice you take from people, no one knows you better than you. Once you learn to understand what makes you tick and what makes you happy, life and the way to transform it gets to much easier. But get the basics right first understand how to make positive changes in your life and embrace change by doing the below things

  • Work out what you want to change. Don’t go for everything in one go, although it is good to make a list of everything – you can only change one thing at a time.
  • Work out what you think would be the best path to take to achieve the change or several paths if needed
  • Make a conscious decision that you will put a plan together on when you are going to implement your plan above
  • Stand by the choices you make and do not go back. Going back is easy when you are convinced by others, but if you had clarity on moving forward – keep moving
  • Monitor the change for improvements and see if value has been added by the changes you have made
  • Make more changes that you recognise you want to make and implement the above as fast as you can. 

Look guys the truth is if you want to transform your life as quickly as possible then all you need to really do is take action on whatever you think is the right path to take without hesitation. Go with your gut, wake up one morning and think damn enough is enough I am going to change and I am going to make this work.

Making Changes In Your Life Leads To Happiness 🌞


Making changes in your life is sometimes needed and necessary in order to find happiness. I found my happiness will you find yours with my tips below?

If you look at your life and say “Am I truly Happy” this might reveal whether or not you do need a change. It is easy to get stuck in the whirlwinds of life and say you do but to actually make the change is the hard part. So I will give you some examples below on why making changes in your life can lead to happiness.

My life changed dramatically a few times when it fell apart after my first marriage and then my second too. Losing everything along the way makes you take a deep breath and reassess your situation, especially when none of it was your own true fault. I videod my progress and put a 60 day transformation program together also so that it may help you. You can find it here 

Once you do decide however that you need to change your life the World opens up to new opportunities you never thought were possible. So let’s dive into some tips below. 

My tips on changing your life for the better and finding happiness

  • Don’t wait to become so unhappy in your life that change is forced upon you. There is nothing worse than losing everything and trying to pull yourself back up from the gutter
  • Address the problems in your life quickly and make sure that the solution brings you the happiness you are looking for
  • Don’t put things off. Life gets so much more exciting when you make quick decisions. Even if they never come of or you make a mistake, everything can be rectified for the better later on if you want to change your life
  • Be open and honest in all your communications. We are all guilty of holding our true feelings back and then sitting back and making ourselves unhappy as a result of what is going on
  • If stress and anxiety are a problem then you need to address this and it might just be that you do need a change in lifestyle in order to push through it
  • Life is meant to be enjoyed and you are meant to be happy. I did a video on this you can find here Living a mediocre lifestyle will just lead you to think you are worth more but never finding it
  • Think happy thoughts as much as you can as it is important to look at times when you were happy and bring those memories activities back into your life 
  • Embrace life in everything you do – you may not be happy today but your past does not determine your future and if you want to make changes and implement them as planned. You will find that your life can take a dramatic swing in the right direction and quickly
  • Work out was is making you feel unhappy and set out to change it as quickly as you can. Sometimes we just need to believe in ourselves and push on through and it can be real fun having a plan as it takes your mind of all the other stresses and strains we deal with in life
  • Reignite your relationships – beauty is in the eye of the beholder and people only turn ugly when their personality traits change. Look at your partner and remember the times when you were truly happy in life and bring those activities back again
  • If you are single then don’t despair there is someone out there waiting for you. I spent time in two bad marriages only to find the lady I had been looking for all my life and I couldn’t be happier now. The Universe has a way of giving you what you want when you ask for it in the right way and with vigor in your thoughts
  • Do fun things – remember when you were a child and finding and looking at things for the first time? The World is only boring when you don’t look at the beauty around you and don’t get excited about the small things in life anymore
  • It is easy to forget how great life can be when we are trapped in a worm hole and it never seems to end. Unfortunately there are no magic pills for this you just need to make it happen
  • Change can be painful but it doesn’t need to be when you look at the changes as being positive and adding value to your life once they become realized
  • What would you really like to do in life? Who would you really like to be? There is no point pretending in life that you are someone else. True happiness will only come when you are surrounded by people who love and support you for who you truly are
  • Reassess your values in life. Things change overtime and some of the things you may have wanted in your life previously may not be relevant. So get rid of them and replace them with things that will ultimately make you happy again

I am sitting here thinking about life and the question can you change your life by changing your attitude popped into my head.. So I thought I would answer it directly in that absolutely if you change your perspective on the way you see things your life can change dramatically and quickly.

You see ultimately everyone wants to live in happiness and have a fulfilled lifestyle right. But sometimes that seems a million miles away when you are feeling sad, unhappy, unfulfilled and trapped in a lifestyle that you think you can deserve better. 

I had to lose everything in my life a few times before I actually realised that it wasn’t really about changing my attitude towards things it was giving my love happiness and attention to the wrong people. So sometimes it isn’t you that is the problem it is your surroundings and once you recognize this it is so much easier to do something about changing your life forever. 

So you can change your life by changing your attitude by following the below tips

  • Spend sometime on your own and find clarity in your own mind about whether or not it is your attitude you need to change. Sometimes all we need is to find something we fall in love with doing and our attitude can dramatically change
  • Stop telling yourself you need to change your attitude and work out what bits you aren’t happy about and put a plan together on how you can change that
  • Don’t blame yourself we can all adapt and change to things and if you recognise you need to change you have already done half the battle
  • Everyone has crazy thoughts sometimes about lots of things and not just their attitude – watch this video to find out more 
  • Write down all the things that bother you about your attitude and workout which one’s you want to change first
  • Is the situation really that bad because anything you tell yourself consistently you will believe
  • The power of the mind really is an amazing thing and you can convince yourself of anything and sometimes all it takes is just a change to your thought patterns in order to change your life
  • How to change your attitude and personality is a really difficult one because quite often or not you don’t need to change. If people are telling you that you do, it is likely that you are unhappy. If you are unhappy then it is not surprising that you are not yourself. Sometimes just finding a new circle of friends that appreciate you as being you can do the trick just as well. 
  • How to change your attitude and behaviour is another different area and can again be about hanging around in the right situations with the right people to encourage you. We often beat ourselves up about things when actually the problem is caused by our environment and not us. Most people are happy and enthusiastic when they are doing things they enjoy and being with people they like being with. So if your circle doesn’t feel like this it might be time to find a new circle. 
  • If you find the need to change your attitude about life in general then it could be for a number of reasons and you might just need a little motivation from someone or your surroundings to encourage you to do better.

Sometimes in life we just have to wake up and make the most of every situation because one day you could look back and go blimey what have I achieved. 

Most people need to be rewarded and recognised for the things they do and if you are not getting this then you don’t have any motivation to change your attitude or your life. The quickest and simplest thing to do is force yourself to do things. 

So if you have been putting of going to the gym – then just go to the gym and once your in a routine of doing it you will enjoy it and won’t look back. But if you don’t do things with a consistent attitude then you will always go straight back to the beginning. 

Life really is what we make it and it can be such a great experience if you realise you are worth just as much as everyone else and deserve happiness in your life too. You just have to keep looking until you find a life you fall in love with then it will make sense.

To Change Your Life You Need To Change Your Priorities


Life can be an uphill struggle sometimes and if you really want to change your life you need to change your priorities is a statement that quite often rings true.

Now this doesn’t mean anything more than putting yourself and your own happiness first and foremost in life. This is not being selfish but purely a means to makings sure that you are priority number 1.

My Top Tips On Addressing And Changing The Priorities In Your Life

  • A great place to start is by watching this video I put together on why your own happiness should come first and foremost
  • If you watched the video you would find that if you are happy then everyone around you is happy too. But when life is getting you down then everyone else is affected by this
  • Concentrating on yourself is not selfish it just means that you are only doing things when it fits in with your lifestyle and adds meaningful value to your daily routine
  • Life should be a happy adventure but if you are giving too much and getting nothing in return then it might be that your priorities need to change to yourself
  • Some of us in life tend to get walked over if we don’t have a path that we are following. We get lost and everything becomes a muddle so sometimes we need to make a decision about changing our lives and I wrote an article about this here I Want To Change My Life Where Do I Start
  • Some priorities that you can look at changing are listed below if you want to change your life starting today
    • Start saying no if you don’t have the time or the inclination to do things. It is a really hard thing to do but sometimes No is the correct answer
    • Start saying yes more to things in your life that could add massive value as you will get more enjoyment out of life
    • Stop rushing around to do things. In order to change your priorities sometimes having an organized list of things to do will keep you on time and schedule
    • Prioritize the most important things and difficult things first and foremost. Putting these off will just cause you more stress so take a DO IT NOW attitude to getting things done
    • Prioritize your life and get yourself on track with goals and ideas on making life fun and exciting. Do more things, find more passions and get out there and create an adventure
    • Prioritize your kids and your partner first and foremost. They will be the most important things in your life and need your time and commitment so they should be the top of your list for everything
    • Prioritize your jobs and what needs doing and when. Not everything needs to be done at once and something will and can wait
    • Realize that time goes very quickly so don’t put off your ideas or dreams, make these a priority because they will change your life in miraculous ways
    • Become organized with everything you do through good time management practices. Although it sounds boring following lists you will feel more accomplished when you start ticking things of your list
    • If you are not good at prioritizing tasks take some pointers on youtube such as this great video
    • Think about what is important in your life and prioritize your finances around supporting them. Such as booking holidays, getting xmas gifts early, booking weekends away. By planning these you will make sure that you have the cash and the drive to make them happen

All that sounds easy doesn’t it? But prioritizing everything in order to change your life is essential. Otherwise we just seem to have a load of things to do all the time and never seem to get through it.

Organizing yourself is something that some people are great at however but others really struggle with. But if you have a list of everything you need to do and when it needs doing by you will get everything done.

Prioritizing will give you more time because you will become more efficient in everything that you need to do and that means you can do more great things.

So today we are going to talk about the “15 ways to change your thoughts and transform your life”. Some of these are examples from how I transformed my life and others from experience coaching and mentoring others.

15 ways to change your thoughts and transform your life

Now onto my 15 ways to change your thoughts and transform your life

1 – If you really want to transform your life then you need to understand that your own thoughts control everything you do. Thoughts are an amazing thing and I did a video about what if everything you thought came true you can find here

2 – Controlling your thoughts is paramount in the way you think about things. If you think negative thoughts then your subconscious mind holds onto them and gives you more negatives. The same is true for positive thoughts. If you can turn positives into negatives then you are of too a good start

3 – Make a conscious decision that you want to change your life for the better and start creating a list of things that will help you get there. This list may change over time but having one in the first place is a great starting point

4 – Stop making excuses – this is about controlling your thoughts again. As an example you might want to lose weight and you think to yourself – right I am going to get down to the gym. But the one thing holding you back is your mind telling you that you can’t be bothered and you would rather stay in. Nothing will change in your life if you don’t take positive actions to do something. So stop the excuses as much as you can

5 – You will feel like you are not getting what you want as quickly as you want it. Be patient everything takes time and therefore you need to keep at it until you get the required result. Never quit because it is harder to start again than it is to try a little harder when you are already on the right track

6 – Don’t listen to what other people say. This is not their life it is yours and a lot of people do not like seeing others excel in life and jealousy can be a very strange thing even with people close to you

7 – Try and tackle one thing at a time. If you think your life is awful and you need to change your thoughts and your life then just focus on one key area first. Knock that one out of the park to build your confidence then move onto the next item

8 – You really need to have a plan of what you are trying to achieve against a list of tasks to achieve it. Marking these off as you achieve your goals is a great way to track overall progress

9 – Always put your best self forward. There is no point trying to change your life with half a heart. If you really want to make major changes you have to give everything your all. I did a video on this you can find here

10 – Use the power of your own mind to take control of your thoughts and back it up with a daily routine that brings happiness and concentration into your life. Check out this video

11 – If you want to change your life and transform your thoughts then you probably also need To Change Your Life You Need To Change Your Priorities

12 – Hang around with people that encourage you to make major changes in your life. People that will give you the morale support to get what you want and big you up when you get there

13 – Know that any bad thoughts that try and put you off course need controlling and putting to the back of your mind. These thoughts are only there to question you but when you are 100% sure you are taking the right direction to get to where you want to be these thoughts can be dismissed

14 – Reassess every time you make a change in your life. Was it what was expected and did it give you the result you were looking for. If so then great if not then no worries just try something else instead

15 – Just believe that you are worthy of having a great life and that you are capable of great things. If you find something you are passionate about in life and continue to do it then you will become great at it. When you are great at it others will want to know how you do it and will give you the admiration and feedback you need to keep cracking on

So they are the 15 ways to change your thoughts and transform your life and there is a lot more to it than that. But life is about you and no one else and if you are unhappy and want to change things then for your own sake do it now rather than regret it later.

Changing your lifestyle doesn’t mean changing your life it just means realigning it to your own happiness. So let me show you how to change your lifestyle completely in quick steps. 

This is all based on my lifestyle changes that I put in place that you can find in my transformation program here. You just might need a little help with some of these things and I am with you everyday for 60 days to help you transform your life completely and as quickly as possible

My top tips on changing your lifestyle completely

  1. Never be scared to make changes in your life. In order to change your life  you must be willing to push on through. Some things will be easy and some will be hard
  2. Start with your appearance and create a new you. Sometimes we spend years with the same hair cut, the same clothes and maybe it’s time to reinvent yourself. Don’t worry what others think you always look a little weird with an image change but often or not it expresses a  new you
  3. If you are a little overweight then try losing it. It is not as difficult as you may think and I discuss this in more detail on how I lost 5 stone in 3 mths here
  4. Losing weight and getting more energy does you wonders. You feel like a teenager again and I cannot recommend it enough if you want a great start to changing your life
  5. Find something you love to do. Something with a passion that gets you energised to do it at the weekends or evenings. A passion will spur you on with confidence to make other changes in your life
  6. Move house, if you are unhappy where you live, dream of a new destination a new start, new neighbours and the exciting times it might bring to you
  7. Find new friends and be nice to people, it is amazing how many people you can meet just by stopping and saying hi at the bus stop. Knowing more people will bring greater opportunities in your life
  8. Educate yourself, start reading some books on being positive and making changes. Brian Tracy is one of my favourites and has a good article here 
  9. Decorate your house if you don’t want to move. After all coming home to a lovely place should be the one thing you look forward to 
  10. Socialise and go out for dates if your single. Either that or join a dating site online. I met my gorgeous wife online and have never looked back. Yes the journey to find her was a bit ropey but heah I am the happiest man alive now. 
  11. Rekindle your existing relationships and find yourselves again. After all relationships and love is what we are all looking for and loving your partner should be the most important item on your agenda. Find out more her 
  12. Make a conscious decision to smile more and be happy – look at things from a positive perspective rather than the doom and gloom we sometimes always think in our lives
  13. Stop rushing around and take time out to sit down and think about what you really want in life, what would make you happy, what would make you smile. Then work hard to obtain it
  14. Stay consistent in your efforts and when you choose the path to change your lifestyle completely follow it through. No point trying to get there and be put off by others or lack of progress. One thing is certain in life is that if you have a plan and a positive outlook to get what you want the universe will reward you for it
  15. Change your job and find something new. Yes change can be hard to take but if you are not happy jump into a new life and give it your best. Sometimes it is good to do this every couple of years anyway just to keep you on your toes
  16. Look inside yourself and find out who you are – stop talking to idiots who complain all the time and pull you in. Hang around with other friends who want to change too and help them achieve a lifestyle change as well
  17. Watch positive things on the tele rather than things that will just depress or anger you. Television isn’t really real and your life is more important so spend time on changing your lifestyle as you will need lots of time to create and implement plans
  18. Try lots of different things, you don’t have to just jump into one thing and expect your whole lifestyle to change in one day. But it can change drastically by choosing to jump out of bed in the morning and own your life
  19. Record everything you do and the impact the change had on your lifestyle and whether it was worth it or not. Did it or did it not make you happy. Sometimes we think the grass is greener on the other side and it isn’t
  20. Relax and chill, enjoy your day, your life, you were meant to be happy but it is your choice to do something about it. You will feel amazing if your looking good, feeling good, lost a little weight and it really isn’t that hard if you put your mind to it

My Happy Thoughts About Life


I was sitting in my conservatory today thinking about my happy thoughts about life and how they might also be able to help you find happiness in your life. 

You see one day I came home from work stressed as a donkey at a beach party and my wife explained she didn’t want me anymore. Later on moving out with my 5 year old daughter I felt like my life had come to a dramatic end suddenly.

No discussions, no talks, just a decision that would not only impact her but my daughter and I for the rest of our lives. Now there was only one of two things I could do – go down into a furnace of hell and depression or raise from the ashes and blow the World away with my happiness.

But rising from the Ashes takes some work I can tell you but below are my top tips on living a happy lifestyle that will never change.

My top tips on having happy thoughts about life

  • The first thing I did when my wife moved out was buy enormous canvasses of everything I wanted to remind myself of being happy. They consisted off
    • My kids so I could smile at them all the time and say goodnight and good morning to them even if I couldn’t be there with them

    • A graffiti canvas of “Stay Happy”
    • A graffiti canvas of “Music is Life”
  • Now the above may not seem much – but when you wake up in the morning and go to bed at night it is really important that you surround yourself with happy thoughts and feelings
  • Happiness really is a choice. Even though I lost everything I found that just putting a smile on my face in the morning did me the world of good. Force yourself to jump out of bed in the morning and make yourself feel and look good no matter the weather. You can find some good morning and daily rituals in my video here
  • Walk out your door with a smile on your face – say Hi to people you don’t know, be kind to people and help others along your way. Every spread of kindness you give aids your own happiness. There is an article here you can read
  • Have a plan in life. When you are always moving forward trying to achieve your goals in life, then you don’t have time for all the other crap that brings you down. Fill your head with dreams of happiness and what will bring you the ultimate lifestyle 
  • Spend time with your kids if you have them. Sit with them share time with them and let them know they are the most important thing in your life. The jobs can all wait. You can watch this video here about getting your kids to respect you 
  • Spend time on your own thinking about your life and see what happy thoughts pop into your mind. Sometimes in life we spend more time thinking about the bad things instead of laughing at all the good times. We take millions of pictures but never look back at them, always record and remember good times for the future
  • Share great times with your partner, reignite the love that you have all the time by sending lovely little messages, love letters off your dates. Being in love with someone who adores you brings the most happiness in life it is unbelieveable and true love is just amazing
  • Get out in the outdoors and enjoy yourself, do fun things, organize events with your friends. Sometimes we get lost in life with our daily routines and forget that happiness and enjoyment is just around the corner but it doesn’t come unless we do something about it
  • Look at life as being an opportunity, when we embrace our pasts as being lessons and opportunities for growth. It allows you to look back on any past situation and be happy for the results you have now not what you didn’t have then
  • Whack some comedies on or go out to some shows and have a blast. Laughter brings happiness and you should surround yourself with it at every opportunity
  • When you get older there is a true saying that life goes to quickly and until you get old you really don’t realize how true that is. So don’t let life pass you by, get out there be you, do amazing things and above all else keep smiling

As part of my new lifestyle I lost 5 stone and feel great. I haven’t let my past dictate my future but have just learned to love unconditionally without expectations. We all get hurt in life by others, but we cannot blame them for making their own choices and if that is not being with us then so be it. 

All of that does not make us bad people it just means we are giving our gifts of happiness and love to the wrong people and in order to create happy thoughts we have to find the right people instead.

I Wanna Change My Life And Be Happy


Sometimes you just sit down and think I just wanna change  my life and be happy and it’s not much to ask for is it? So how do you achieve happiness? That is the question we will try and answer for you below

I Just wanna be happy

Everything in my life changed like a flick of a switch one day – going from being happily married to having everything I wanted to having nothing. The lesson I learnt from this is that money and materialistic things do not buy you happiness in life. 

We all deserve to be happy and I had spent my entire life giving my wives everything because I thought it made them happy. But then forgot that the stress and hours of work were just too much and as a result your relationships start to falter too. 

The important things in life don’t cost anything and wanting to change your life is something you should think hard about as to what you are really wishing for. 

Talking about wishes I put a video together as part of my transformation program that discusses this very topic. What if all wishes did come true – have a watch you will enjoy it 

After losing everything I vowed to myself that I would never over complicate my life in anyway and all I thought was I wanna change my life but didn’t know how to do it. 

Now however I have a wicked life that is full of love, kindness and happiness and I put together a transformation program to also help change your life in as little as 60 days check it out here you will like it

But let’s discuss tips on how you can change your life starting today

  1. The big thing first is accepting that you want to change your life around and what would be the starting point
  2. Writing it all down and putting it in an order that gives you the biggest gains first and foremost
  3. Put a plan together on when you want to achieve this change as setting time frames is an important factor to changing things in your life
  4. Don’t be scared – unless someone is going to die as a result of your actions no change is big enough to be worried about it. See this as a massive adventure in your life. 
  5. Approach everything with a positive attitude – if you try to change and get nowhere keep trying and try different tactics until you get the result that you are looking for
  6. Talk to your friends about the changes you want to make but be weary of those who give advice that doesn’t add value to your life
  7. Find yourself again – if you are wanting to change your life in anyway it is probably because you don’t recognise who you are anymore. This happens to all of us and moving forward always commit to only being yourself and never holding back. If people don’t like you for the choices you make tough – your happiness should come first
  8. Do things you have never done before and try everything – try new hobbies and things that get you motivated to get out of bed in the morning

The thing is that happiness in life is a funny thing and to be honest with you it is a state of mind and that is it. If you choose to be happy you will be, yes we all have bad days, bad years, bad months but by having a daily routine of making yourself feel good you will find that happiness is not far away at all

Giving love and kindness to others is one way of changing your life quickly and it may seem a bit mad that making others happy will have an impact on your life but I guarantee you it does. 

You see the World is a funny place and when you are in a positive state – positive things happen – when you are in a negative state then negative things happen. If you look at this in your life you will notice that things happen like this in patterns. 

The important thing is maintaining that positive state all the time by being consistent with your approach. But when you realise all your thoughts bad or good do come true then your perception of life changes as well. 

So here are some of my other top tips on changing your life around quickly

  • Force yourself to jump out of bed in the morning with a smile on your face. The day is in your control and will work out depending on the nature of your mood
  • If you are unhappy about your weight then lose some and get a bit fitter – I discuss how I lost 5 stone and feel great here 
  • Always put on your best appearance – look in the mirror go damn I look good today
  • Smile at people as you walk down the street – engage in conversation with people you don’t know. You never know who those people are or what value they can add to your life
  • Be kind, spread love and happiness everywhere you go
  • Be kind to yourself too – laugh off the silly thoughts that come into your mind and try and stop you from doing things
  • Get your cv up to date and look for another job so you can change your career as well as your life
  • Look after your family and friends – big each other up, motivate each other, help each other to succeed
  • Read some cool books on motivation and success
  • Take action – get your plan together – motivate yourself – jump up and shout I am gonna change my life – I am gonna be rich – I am gonna be happy or whatever it is keep chanting it
  • Don’t let other people supress your dreams – they are your dreams not theirs and you can achieve anything you want in life if you believe you can do it
  • Look for opportunities everywhere because you never know what is waiting around the corner for you
  • Just crack on – don’t wait – don’t hesitate and now is the time to do it if you really want to change your life and be happy

Life is hard guys I know that I have been through hell and back but there comes a time when you just have to take control of your life. You make the decisions, you define your future, you make your path. 

Keep life simple, don’t spend money you can’t afford to, don’t give your time to people who don’t value it, make every effort to see the positives in life and stop complaining. 

Be that person you want to be, chase your dreams, achieve them and then you will find that happiness comes from giving and receiving love.

If you are not happy with Life then you probably need to think about making some changes. Life should be amazing and life should be fun so let’s see if we can get you on the right path to finding happiness in your life below

Sometimes it is the little things in life that really count to making us happy but when we get caught in a whirlwind of emotions it is difficult to see the wood through the trees.

Life can be confusing and it the pathways we take can lead to a World of unhappiness if we are not careful. I spent ten years giving my wife everything in life only to realize when she left that it was all for nothing. 

You cannot hold onto the past however if you want to stay happy in the future and there is always a positive spin on bad things happening when you look back on them in a positive light. 

So how can my wife leaving me be a positive thing. Well I think we all live a compromised lifestyle in some ways. Some of us giving to others and not expecting anything back, others being selfish and doing their own thing. We are all individual however and have the right to live our life the way that we want to. 

My wife leaving led me to make major changes to my life that I otherwise wouldn’t have done if she was with me and the impact has been enormous. I can now look back and say that I am not happy with life is a thing of the past. 

So here are some of my tips on turning your life around too

  • Check out my transformation program for daily help in seeking your own happiness hopefully you will like it. Click here
  • Look inside and try and determine why you are not happy. If it is everything in your life you will need to break this down a little bit so you can change one small part at a time
  • Close your eyes and get some clarity in your thoughts about what would make you happy. If they are things at home then speak about them to your nearest and dearest and try to change them. Often we hold things in when all we need to do is speak to the person that is doing our head in and tell them why. If you hold onto it though you can’t expect them to have a crystal ball and change for you
  • Make sure you give yourself plenty of time every single day for you to gather your thoughts and process them properly. Often we think things are rubbish because we process our thoughts when we are stressed or busy. Therefore everything seems like a nightmare
  • Have a plan of what you would like your future to look like. Do you want a big house, a nice car, a beautiful family. Then work out how you are going to get them. Believe me the universe has a way of giving you what you want if you tell it exactly what it is you want in the first place. 
  • If you are not happy in your job then try and make it better somehow. I did a video on this you can find here
  • Try and do some fun things with friends and family. It is so easy to just go to work / school or whatever then come in and switch the television on. There is a big World out there full of happiness and fun you just have to go out there and involve yourself in it
  • Despite what anyone says you were meant to be great. You were meant to have a great life and enjoy it. It may not seem like that sometimes but by making some changes to your beliefs and being a little selfish and concentrating on you. You can find things that will make you happy
  • Stop making excuses about changing your life in order to be happy. So many times we say I want to do this but it will have to wait until I get more money. I would love to do this but I can’t I won’t be any good at it. 
  • Learn to say yes to things that matter more and no to things that do not make you happy. Saying no is a really hard thing to do sometimes but very necessary if it doesn’t make you smile
  • The best things in life are free and never forget that. Laughter with friends and family, hugs, sharing love, dreams and plans. A hug costs nothing and you can find anyone to hug if you need one
  • Dream and dream big, all of us start with nothing in life, most of us are educated in the same way and the only difference between successful people or not is their ability to see the wood through the trees and go and get what they want
  • Know that things will change and you will be happy. You will find your happy place. Never compromise if something is just okay then it doesn’t hold a place in your life. Everything should want to make you get up out of bed in the morning ready for a great adventure
  • The only adventures you will have in life are the one’s that you have the guts to go and get. Don’t hold yourself back through fear. Get out there and do as many things as you can

My experience in changing my life was when I lost everything. My wife decided she just didn’t love me anymore – I was a great husband and a great father but she had got used to me working away and didn’t want me around anymore.

One thing about getting older is that you have the knowledge and wisdom to be braver and see life for what it is. When you realise that happiness is nothing more than an illusion we create for ourselves, it is so much easier to find it. So follow my tips below 

My top tips on how can I change my life and be happy

  1. You have to stop thinking you are unhappy first and foremost. A lot of the time we concentrate on what is wrong in our lives and not what is right. 
  2. We have to look to the future and whilst things may seem difficult know it is in everybody’s power to change their lives to one that is more fitted to your lifestyle
  3. First and foremost identify which parts of your life you are unhappy with and which parts you are happy with
  4. Work out what you think might make the parts you are unhappy with better. After all we are all should live a happy life and this is the start
  5. Make a plan on how you think you can achieve these things and start to head towards them.. It could be that you are lonely because you are single. So join a dating site and start meeting people. I met my beautiful wife on a dating site and she is the one I have been looking for all my life
  6. If you are not happy in your job then look at ways that you can change this. A new career direction, a new employee or something that will get you out of that environment
  7. Play positive music that makes you happy not sad stuff that makes you cry or reminds you of your unhappiness. There is a great article here on happiness by Tony Robbins
  8. Think about changing your lifestyle completely you can find out more information in this article here
  9. Hang around with people that make you laugh and encourage you to do well in life. We all have a certain skill in our lives it is just trying to find it and then find like minded people to share it with that is the difficult part
  10. Do things that are fun and make you feel good. It is no good sitting around watching television all the time. Take your plan on things to change and actively start doing something
  11. Hug your friends, support them, be interested in what they are doing, spread love everywhere and put a smile on your face. It is amazing what happens when you just smile at other people for no reason. You also never know who you might meet that could add massive value to your life
  12. Look at the bright side of things. As an example I know my wife left me to open up a part of my life to my new beautiful lady that I deserved. Once I was over the all the bad feelings it is good to look back and see why these things happen in the first place
  13. Everything is temporary until you choose to change it. You are in control of your life no one else. So dream big and do what you deserve in life. Anyone can have anything in this life if you try hard enough to find it
  14. Get out in the fresh air and enjoy the countryside. Give your thoughts some clarity about who you are and what you want in life. What you think you deserve and how you can achieve it. There is a good article here on achieving success
  15. Wake up one morning and just decide enough is enough and this is the day you are going to make a change. You are going to take control of your life you are going to be happy. Life is going to be full of  fun
  16. Learn to forgive – forgiving is not forgetting. Do not hold onto the past because it affects the paths that you take in the future. Your path should always be based on your feelings not in the pain caused by the past
  17. Just because one person treated you badly does not mean that everyone is like that. Give everyone the opportunity to prove their worth to you before making judgements
  18. Get yourself on a holiday and away from the day to day crap you are taking. If you cannot afford it go camping somewhere local but just go and clear your mind
  19. We are social animals and should be surrounded by others. If you are on your own try and get out and meet people. If you lack confidence introducing yourself join a club and just have a go. Confidence is built from within and you have nothing to lose from trying
  20. Try your best at everything you do. If you give everything your all you at least can walk away being proud of yourself and the work that you have put in 

Everything sounds easy when you are down and depressed and sometimes you know what you should be doing you just can’t bring yourself to do it. 

Life will only get better though and you will only find happiness when you force yourself to do it. For every little step you take moving forward you are getting one step closer to where you want to be.

It is a question that a lot of people ask and at one stage I asked myself the same question several times. When some life changing events happened however I was forced to find what would help me change my life because it felt like it was over. My Top Tips On What You Should Do To Change Your Life For The Better

  • Change in your life is always going to be uncomfortable at first but when you recognize that change invokes positive lifestyle changes when done properly it is easier to accept
  • Be in control of your life and change things yourself, don’t wait till the bitter end when change is enforced upon you
  • Create a list of things that you think will add massive value to your life. It doesn’t matter how wild or weird they sound, just write them down for now as a good place to start
  • Go through your list and see if there are any quick wins that you can pull out that will put a smile on your face. For every change that you can do that helps you get to where you want to be is a small step on the ladder to happiness no matter how small it is
  • Dream and dream big about things. Get some quiet time and just dream about what your dream life would be like, big house, loving family, nice car, vacations, hobbies whatever you want it to be
  • Once you have your dream mapped out even if it seems silly start thinking about ways that you can get them. Crazy as it sounds the universe has a way of bringing ideas and things into your life when you concentrate on really wanting them

  • If you are bored in life get out there and try new things. You will never get anywhere sitting in front of the tele thinking your life away. Life should be an adventure get out there meet people go new places and have fun

  • You have to do things now. The longer you think about things the less likely you are to invoke change. As soon as you get a thought in your mind about doing something, put something in the diary straight away to do it. Everything in life likes speed, if you wait too long you will miss the boat on the idea
  • Get up and smile everyday, you are in total control of your own happiness and smiling at other people too really helps to create a lovely atmosphere around you
  • Talk to people as you walk down the street, get on the bus etc. Find out what they do and what excites them, it is amazing how many great people you will meet this way and the interesting things they get up to in life
  • Hang around with other dreamers and action takers. Having people around that encourage you find ways to change your life for the better is the best way to be. If you hang around with the nay sayers they will probably put you off

Now I know all of the above sounds pretty easy right. I learnt the hard way that chasing material things and trying to keep others in life does not make you happy.

What makes you happy inside is finding something rewarding in life, something that makes you smile. When you are happy you will find everyone around you will be happier too – great emotions really do rub off on others.

Today I was sitting in my conservatory and thought about everyone out there that is thinking what can I do to change my life. So I thought I would give you the answer that helped me change my life and will hopefully help you too. 

What can I do to change my life

You see sometimes in life we are forced to make changes because that is the way our lives were meant to go. Other times we are meant to make changes but find it difficult to do so. 

Most of us are scared of making changes and change is resistant in all of us to some degree, but when you learn to embrace it life takes on a new meaning. 

I talk about this and many more subjects in my 60 day transformation program that you can find here. Life can be difficult and it can be hard but can you imagine how good you would feel if you were in charge of your own life.

That you weren’t scared of making changes if you thought that your life would change for the better as a result of making changes. 

Well let me tell you when you embrace life an adventure then you learn to take all the bad times on the chin because you know that each small step will get you closer to your dreams. 

Let’s talk about how you can change your life starting today with these tips

  1. Change is necessary in all our lives, no matter how big or small we all need to look at how our lives can be improved in little ways.
  2. When we look at our lives and see whether we are happy or not there are normally always little things you can do to improve. The important thing is acting on these before they become a major issue in your life and start to eat you up inside
  3. Change is only scary when it is unplanned. I wrote more examples about this in this article here. When you plan a change however it can be a really motivating experience when that change comes to fruition
  4. No matter how big that change is if you are unhappy you need to change it. Most people make radical changes based on emotions and responses when the time isn’t right. Always take the time to find clarity in your thoughts before making the decision to make a major change. 
  5. Happiness comes in life when you look at changing your life to one that suits your lifestyle. Which means not compromising, so if you are feeling that you are not you in your life, you need to find out who you are and what will inspire you to smile everyday
  6. You have to make a conscious effort to stop complaining about your life and do something about it. So many times we all complain and things never get better, then they build up and build up until we explode
  7. Make a conscious decision to concentrate on the happy things in your life and how you can do more of them. It is easier to be happy and grateful for what you have than to think your whole life is a complete mess
  8. Keep it simple, don’t make drastic changes in your life without weighing up the pro’s and con’s about making the change. Once you reach an informed decision you will feel better about implementing the plan to get there
  9. Keep family and friends close. Discuss your dreams with them, surround yourself with people who care and support your decisions. Get rid of the nay sayers because they are not their dreams they are yours
  10. Know that when you make a conscious effort to change your life that once you start on that path then the jigsaw puzzle will build itself slowly for you from the outside in
  11. Never be scared, facing our fears gives us so much power in life and when we can look at a situation and know we are going to come out on top is such a powerful feeling. You will never look back once you start to make positive changes in every aspect of your life
  12. It is only you that can really do this, no one else can give you the confidence or the determination to move forward. Take a big deep breath in knowing that you are doing the right thing to set yourself free

I know it all sounds easy but it is a step by step approach that you have to take when looking at making major changes to your life.

Additional tips you can use to change your life for the better

  • Treat life like you have to fight for it. If you were backed into a corner and had nowhere to go you would soon come out fighting. Work out what your life is worth and how you can make it great
  • Pluck up the courage and fight the anxiety that is holding you back. If you believe you can do something you will find a way to do it. 
  • You are great no matter what anyone else says. Recognising this will change your life – we are all special and we all have a purpose in life. Find yours and reap the rewards as your life unfolds around you
  • Force a smile throughout your day, spread love and kindness to others, help people. This will take your mind off your problems and the law of reciprocity will kick in and reward you
  • Don’t worry about whether the changes will work out just believe they will and envisage how great life will be once the changes take place
  • Work hard at it and stay consistent and see this as an adventure not a challenge. From this day forward you are going to become great and your life and everything around you will change in response to your positive nature

So everything I have said above is hard to implement but when you get it right life gets good. I have had so many troubled times and continue to have but I have found true love in my life and am grateful for everyday that passes. 

But don’t be the person that looks back on life and regrets it, do something about changing it today and your new life will be just amazing and the one you deserve.

How Do I Change My Life For The Better


How do I change my life for the better is a question I ask myself regularly because after everything I have been through in life I have realized that life should be fun and exciting. The only thing holding us back is ourselves and those crazy thoughts that stop us finding happiness in the first place. 

So I am going to try and help you see how I changed my life for the better and hopefully how it can help you change yours too in the tips below.

My top tips on changing your life for the better starting today

  • You have to stop the noise in your head and concentrate on one thing at a time. If everything seems to be a problem then you need to just sort each little thing out individually rather than seeing everything as the problem
  • Communication is key with everything. If you are not happy in your relationships, job, life etc. Then you need to talk to the people around you and not sit in silence. Most people will help if they understand where you are coming from, but they don’t have a crystal ball to recognize your unhappiness. Also talking might reveal that what you are unhappy with actually isn’t the problem at all
  • Sometimes you just have to sit down and look at your life and then dream and wish for the things that you want to change. Envision it in front of your eyes. I did an interesting  video on this topic you can find here
  • Change can be fun if you are in control of it. To look at your life and put a plan together and say I am going to change my image – move house – travel around the World and then tick these items off when you do them is rewarding. I wrote an article on not being happy in life you can find here for more details 
  • Sometimes we tell ourselves things over and over and over again until we believe it. Those things might have just been a one occasion thing but the mind is a powerful thing and only does what you consistently tell it too. Watch this video for more information 
  • If you can see the positives in life then you are halfway there. It is hard sometimes to look at negative things in a positive way. But if you look back on past events life is telling you that you either didn’t need it, it wasn’t good enough for you and that it is going to give you better if you stay on track.   • Live your life without regrets is the best way forward. We are allowed to make mistakes, we are allowed to fail, we are allowed to make changes in our lives, we are allowed to be free, to be ourselves and other peoples opinions do not matter. 
  • Never be too hard on yourself. Sometimes we punish ourselves for no reason, we blame ourselves for things that happen that are outside of our control. Everything apart from the way you think and feel is outside of your control. So be happy in you, make wise decisions, be truthful, honest and kind. Spread love and you will never have a reason to question yourself again in the future. There’s a funny video on spreading love here 
  • Which brings us onto the next topic. Have fun with life, surround yourself with laughter. Happiness is a feeling you are in control off and you may want to change your life but that doesn’t mean you cannot enjoy the ride. Spread your wings put a smile on your face and be nice to everyone you meet
  • Love is a massive contributor to happiness and giving hugs to loved ones and even strangers can fill you with joy and happiness. This is important because when you make changes in your life you want them to be the right ones and you can only think straight when you are happy
  • Thinking about changing your life when you are in a negative frame of mind will only send you down the wrong path. This is because you are paying attention to what you don’t want instead of what you do want. Mastering this one thing can change your life dramatically

I know that everything above sounds simple but changing your attitude can change the way you think about your life. After my 2 wives left me I have had an extreme turn around in life, I have been unlucky in love twice but the positives are that I have three beautiful children that I adore and they adore me.

My Top Tips On How To Do Something With Your Life

  • Stop dreaming and start doing. If you really want to do something with your life then you need to be put your dreams into action
  • Stop making excuses – you cannot change your life and find something different and exciting if you keep saying “i’ll do it when I am less busy or I have more money
  • Try lots of different things, when I said I want to do something different I did all sorts like – skydiving, kayaking, walking, gym, swimming, yoga until I found that something that really made me want to get out of bed in the morning
  • Don’t give up. You might not be good at whatever it is you choose to do at first but if you enjoy it you will put more time into making yourself really good at it. There is nothing better than to find a passion you look forward to doing everyday, every week or however often you do it
  • Find true love in your life. It may sound silly but having a partner that supports you in making changes in your life is paramount to its success. You can talk about it and they can support you through the journey
  • Meet new people and get the excitement in your life going in a group atmosphere. There is nothing better either than sharing your passion with others and learning from each other at each and every opportunity

  • When you realize that life is what you make it and you have to force yourself to wake up in the morning in a good mood and with a plan for your life. Then your life can change dramatically. You can watch a video I did here.
  • Share your ideas and suggestions with your friends and family but don’t let them put you off. If you really want to do something exciting or change something just go with your gut and do it. People will always try and hold you back and sometimes you just need to go for it
  • Think of all the things that would make you happy and put a smile on your face. There are so many people who are just bored in life and not going anywhere. If you are going to do something do it now and regret it later if needed
  • See everything as an exciting challenge in doing different things as it will motivate you in all parts of your life moving forward. For instance if you have a great life at home you will have a great life at work because your attitude will adjust to only looking forward to the things that will ultimately make you happy
  • Know that for everyday you put off doing something new that you are one step further away from happiness. Sometimes we just need to force ourselves to act on our gut and go damn I am gonna do this and launch ourselves into it

I want to do something new all the time because it stops your life from getting stale. There is nothing worse than just sitting on the settee watching life go by and drinking wine.

All that happens is our lives become null and void with no excitement and we lose our drive to live a fulfilled life and that is no fun what so ever

How Can I Be Happy Again


Darn it how can I be happy again is the question I asked myself over and over again throughout the time in my life but I am happy today that this question no longer comes into my daily thoughts. 

There are lots of reasons that we can become unhappy in life – in mine it was by dedicating my life to two ex wives that didn’t really appreciate everything you did for them and decided to end the relationship and move out with my children who I adored that had the biggest impact on my life. 

Now at times when you look back on life everything does happen for a reason and even though bitterness and unhappiness does surround you from time to time it is often better to push those feelings back to where they belong.

Being unhappy is sometimes a state of mind that we can convince ourselves is the position that we are in and we cannot do anything about it. When you look at your life in a pragmatic sort of way however and believe that you deserve more. 

That you really feel that everything you have been delivered in life so far is just a stepping stone to finding happiness then your viewpoints change dramatically. For me it was making sure that when my second wife left that I didn’t make any of the same mistakes again and that this time in life I would make sure that I became happy. 

So here are my top tips on how you can make yourself happy again if you are in a place you don’t want to be in 

  • Don’t let the past dictate your future. Just because bad things have happened, people have rejected you, you have failed at something or just everything hasn’t worked out for you yet. This does not mean that things are not going to change for the future. 
  • If you adopt a positive approach to your life then it can change dramatically. For me I went from being on my own and taking care of myself to meeting the women of dreams and being eternally grateful for life in just a short 3 mth period. Now 3 mths is not long to go from having nothing having everything.   • Believe that you can be happy and you will. My second wife and I just made each other unhappy and for now other reason that just normal every day stresses. But my new partner and I have learnt these lessons and support each other and communicate through thick and thin and the changes in life that this has brought on have been nothing short of amazing
  • If you don’t try to seek happiness you will never find it. I wrote an article on finding happiness that you can find here for more information 
  • I also did a video on why finding happiness needs to come from inside of you that you can check out here However if your unhappiness is leading to mental health issues then you should really get yourself checked out first and foremost
  • Happiness is found through sharing love, laughter and kindness and once we surround ourselves with people, jobs, atmosphere etc then our lives become more fulfilled. I have taught myself in life now that I don’t do anything for anyone unless they are at least trying to help themselves first and foremost
  • Change things in your life that you are not happy with. The longer you leave your unhappiness the harder it is to get rid of. We all have a tendency to put up with things that we shouldn’t but your everyday well being is extremely important and you need to have fun and things to look forward to in life
  • I wish there was a magic pill like you to create happiness but unfortunately there isn’t. All we can do is fill most of what we do with things that cause us to become happy, like lots of hugs from our loved one’s, laughing and generally seeing the fun things and not concentrating on the bad things in life
  • Dealing with our thoughts is probably one of the hardest things to do. Especially when we tell ourselves consistently that we are not happy. Our brains have a way of holding onto negative emotions and you can convince yourself of anything if you are not careful. Saying things like yes I maybe unhappy but if I do X to change it that feeling will go away is better than just saying I am unhappy and not doing anything about it
  • Change is really difficult in our lives but also a very difficult thing to implement when you are happy and stuck in your current routine. Sometimes however when you make changes because you are unhappy those small changes can lead to great things if only you can initiate the change in the first place

Everything above sounds easy doesn’t it and I know it isn’t because recognizing why you are unhappy and turning your life around is something that is not easy to implement otherwise we would all be running around with a smile on our faces. 

There are only a few things that you can do in life – choose to stay unhappy or do something about it. There is no easy way to say this but it is true. My life has only ever changed when I have actively looked to change it for the better. 

When you choose to have a plan in life and take all the knocks as a learning curve on the way to reaching your destination. Life does become easier because you look at it in a different way. You are not so critical of yourself and the surroundings but just do consciously believe that life does have its ups and downs and you have to ride the waves sometimes to get back to the beach.

My thought for the day today was about learning to be happy with yourself. We can all achieve happiness in life, we just have to follow a few steps to make sure that our lives are full of love and kindness in order to get there.

My Top Tips To Live A Happy Lifestyle

  • In order to find any sort of happiness in life we have to first understand the way our mind works. In that everything we tell the subconscious mind it stores and pulls that information back when you need it next. So if you tell yourself you are not happy everyday then your mind will believe it. Therefore the next time you try and tell yourself you are happy your mind tells you that you are not because you are consistently telling it you are not happy. Once you understand that feeding your mind with healthy and positive thoughts is the way to go then your life will change forever. I did a video about this subject you can find here
  • Sometimes we just need clarity in our thoughts, trying to get through everyday life can be a struggle when your mind is full of sorts of garbage. Just like taking the rubbish out to be emptied every week is just like dumping the garbage in your mind too. Empty it and clearly think about everything in your life from a relaxed point of view
  • Learning to be happy with yourself means that you should not listen to what others say about you. Their opinion of you doesn’t matter because they probably don’t know you well enough in the first place to come to this decision. It is hard to brush off people’s comments but if you take them constructively and don’t get hurt you can sometimes use this feedback to become a better you.   • Being happy is a lifestyle choice, we can all feel down and we can all feel sorry for ourselves as that is a completely natural state of mind to be in sometimes. But it is only us that can bring ourselves back to the position of seeing life as what it is. Our lives should be one filled with love and kindness, laughter and sharing our thoughts with those we respect and can guide us
  • Never settle for second best. If someone in your life is not supporting you or nurturing you to become a better you then get rid of them. It doesn’t matter how close they are this type of parasitic behaviour will just keep you in the dark for longer
  • Believe that life can be better – look at it and see what brings happiness to your life and do more of it
  • Stop making excuses and just get out there and try new things, meet new people, try new hobbies, do anything that keeps your mind active and you have something to look forward to
  • Look at yourself in the mirror and smile. We are all special in our own way and no one should take this away from us. Once you find your special gift in life then you keep doing it and doing it until your thoughts are always on happy things
  • Retraining your mind in the way you think about things is paramount. Our education has a lot to do with the way we think from the way we are schooled to the way our friends and family bring us up. I did another interesting video you can find by following this link
  • Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and personality makes a person look amazing in every way. So make your personality shine above all others and let people see the true beauty in you
  • Try and stay positive where you can and look back at the past as a learning curve. We all do things wrong in life, we are all wronged in life at times but your past should not dictate your happiness for the future. I wrote an article on how to be happy again here
  • Sometimes we just have to pluck up the guts and courage to get out there and change our lives. If we really want to learn how to be happy the first step is trying otherwise you will just sit there complaining you hate life
  • We live in an amazing connected World nowadays, find your tribe and likes on Twitter and surround yourself with people who think like you do. Quite often we surround ourselves with people with different viewpoints and different aspects in life. This is wrong we need to talk about our interests, our goals, our passions with like minded people. Once you do this your conversations and happiness will flow and it will add massive value to your life

I know it easy to say all of the above, but your journey needs to start now. Putting things off will just take happiness further away from you. My program is meant to be fun and I take this walk with you because I understand how difficult it is learning to be happy in life again. 

You are not alone though and like I said above when you realize there are others out there, that think like you, want to be with you and share your thoughts and visions. Then life takes on a whole new meaning.

I was sitting around today and thinking about what I should write about and the question “I want to change my life – where do I start” popped into my mind. Mainly because it is a great question that we all ask ourselves from time to time in our lives.

You see life was meant to be fun, we are meant to be happy and live a fulfilled life but quite often or not we fall into a compromised lifestyle where things just do not make us happy.

So in the next section I will give you my top tips on where you can start to change your life beginning today. Top Tips On Changing Your Life And Where You Can Start Today

  • The biggest thing you can do to start making changes in your life is to recognize the benefits that change will bring into your life
  • You need to think with clarity on what makes you happy in life and look to find more of those things to add value to your life. If you concentrate on all the things you don’t like the law of attraction will just bring more of that to you. So it is really important you concentrate on things that will make you happy
  • If you hate your job you have two options either make it better and I did a good video on making your job better here. Or you can dust of your cv and get yourself out there and look for a job that will make you happy. After all working is a big part of our lives and if you are not happy doing it then it will have a major impact on the rest of your life.
  • I also wrote another article on I don’t know what to do with my life that you might like and will give you some more ideas on where you should start to change your life
  • If you are in a relationship look at whether you are happy or not. Often we get caught in relationships that sometimes aren’t good for us and we feel like there is no way out. Love is a really important part of life and there is a soulmate out there for everyone. So make sure that you and your partner are loving life together and sharing its experiences
  • Try different things, often or not we don’t know where we want to go in life because we are driven to make decisions about our futures from such a young age. But I am 46 and I still don’t really know what I want in life I just want to be happy and live a fulfilled lifestyle for my kids and my girlfriend
  • You really need to wrap some goals or a plan around what you want and how you can get there. This will add weight to your thoughts and your feelings and will help you keep track on whether the changes you have made will truly bring happiness into your life or not
  • Don’t ever be scared off changing – sometimes it is necessary and it is better to try than regret not doing anything later. So what if we fail, so what if others bring us down. The more we do to make sure we live a fulfilled life the closer we get to achieving it
  • Have the courage and the belief that you can have or do anything you want in life, despite what other people say. I did a good video on your own happiness being the most important thing in life you can find here
  • No one is ever going to be able to change your life apart from you but others will help you on the way if they believe that you are doing everything you can to make positive changes.
  • Talk to new people and find new places to visit and friends to find. The World is full of opportunities with great people to share good times with and you never know who you will meet along the way either
  • Spread kindness, love and happiness everywhere you go. The Universe works like a magnet and if you treat other people well they will treat you well. If you are unhappy then you will stay unhappy. But if you choose to start changing your life in a positive way, you now control your own destiny and can be proud of the journey that you will be taking in life
  • Get on the internet and search for opportunities that might interest you. It is so easy nowadays to create a channel on youtube or instagram and get a following on a topic you love. Find a passion and share it with others and you will find that your life will change dramatically based on sharing fun and interesting things
  • Your background doesn’t dictate your future so do not let it hold you back. If you want to do something and you don’t think you can then learn how you can do it better and keep trying until you become good at something
  • Don’t quit trying to make changes in your life. Starting to make the changes is the first step of the journey and you will have some hard decisions and choices to make but if you stay positive everything will work out in your favor
  • Look at your life and see everything that you have done as a stepping stone to where you want to be. See that you are great and you deserve an amazing life and an amazing future. Envision yourself with the dream house, the dream life. What does it look like, can you touch and feel it. Once you create a passion in your mind of what you think your life should look like no matter how crazy it appears just go for it. Work out how you can get those things and start that journey today

All above sounds really easy right but from my experience helping others, there are some major hiccups to getting started in changing your life but that one big step is just starting in the first place.

Then on a daily basis measuring where you want to be against how far you have come. Often or not we are not happy but we can convince ourselves of anything and we can become happy if we notice what things bring happiness into our lives in the first place.

The question of how can I transform my life has been asked a few times in my own mind over the years and I thought I would put some pointers together on how you can transform your life too.

The image above really does represent our choices in life. When our minds are full of a haze and craziness we often need to make choices in transforming our lives for the better and rising above the fog. 

For me my life has changed numerous times in that I have had to leave previous lives behind in order to find the life that I deserve and am happy with. So my tips below are based on the transformation program I put together on changing your life you can find here and I hope they help you too.

My top tips on transforming your life for the better

  • Sometimes we get stuck in life because we accept that what we have is all that we are going to get. Life is okay but it is not really going anywhere and we don’t feel fulfilled. But if you knew by making small changes in your life it would transform really quickly would you be willing to make them? Recognizing that you can do better is the first step up on the ladder
  • Pick something in your life you would like to transform first and foremost. I had been working away eating junk and drinking too much beer when my wife left and decided to leave me. So the first thing on my transformation journey was to get fitter and healthier and I did this in just 5 short months.   • Once you make one dedicated and small change it is easier to make others too. For instance I vowed that I would never put myself in a position of unhappiness ever again. That I wouldn’t compromise in life and that I would try and help others also to cope with these types of issues. By spreading kindness and love to others has really helped to transform my life into one that is just amazing in every way
  • We can do ourselves harm sometimes by not believing that we are worth more than we are. We spend time and give love to people that truly don’t appreciate it. Time with people that will never be happy because they are a victim to their circumstances. You have to rise above all of this and find your true self again and get back your own happiness.   • You need to transform your life from time to time otherwise it just gets boring and you feel unfulfilled in life. Change is good and also necessary and it can be scary but so are roller coasters and people still go on them
  • Don’t ever be scared to fail, the worse thing that can happen is you make an idiot of yourself and so what. Those people that laugh are not the people you want to be associating yourself with anyway. Only ever surround yourself with like minded people if you truly want to transform your life for the better
  • Make a list of things that you would like to transform. This will allow you to work through it and tick things off, change it, add to it or take stuff away. But this in its own right will make you accountable for at least taking the first few steps you need to transform your life
  • Life is meant to be fun and you are meant to be happy. Don’t let other people steal your happiness. You are the most important person in your life and you need to run it for yourself
  • Try new things and new experiences until you find something that really floats your boat and you enjoy doing over and over again
  • Change your image – image is really important when you look in the mirror and think damn I look amazing today
  • Age is not important what you give to the World is and if you give kindness and love you will receive it back with abundance
  • Don’t transform your life with material things. These will not make you happy they will just delay the feelings that you need to change by distracting you for a while
  • Learn to love yourself again and who you are and what you have to contribute to the World. Find a new tribe and friends on twitter so you are having conversations with like minded people who get you 
  • Set yourself some dates that you want things to transform by. Doing this will allow you stay on track
  • Go all out with a belief mindset that you can achieve anything you want in life. You just have to have the tenacity and balls to grab life for what it is
  • Money is not a definition of happiness. Take this out from your mindset and concentrate on transforming things in life that have a true meaning or value to it then the money will follow
  • Find a job that you enjoy. We spend most of our times in life working so it is important not to be in a job that you hate. Moving jobs often is a good thing and expands your horizons, skills and will stop you getting bored
  • Overcome your boredom by always having a plan of where you want to be in life and where you want to go. This will keep your mind active thinking about all the glorious things you are going to achieve
  • Don’t listen to nay sayers they will only be jealous that they haven’t made the step to transforming their lives either 
  • Rekindle your relationships – often or not transforming small things in your relationships can bring back an abundance of love and fun to things

Yes the above sounds easy when you are trapped in a life that you hate and you just want it to change and quickly. If you leave it however your sadness will just continue and it is not until you try to change things and see the results that you will realize it was all worth it.

How To Change My Life Around Today


Sometimes when you sit down with a coffee and think and today I was thinking about when I thought about how to change my life around for the better and how it could help you to turn your life around too. 

For me unfortunately I didn’t have much option to change and one of the things I have noticed is that most of us don’t do anything about our unhappiness until we are forced too. 

So for me I came home from work one day after a really stressful time and decided to go to the Doctors as I was exhausted after working 70 hour weeks under immense pressure. 

The Doctor was great and said I’m not surprised you are exhausted take 3 weeks off and just chill out and get yourself back to normal. 

How to change your life around today

So I went home to tell my wife the news and that I would be home for a couple of weeks and that I would be at home to spend time with her and my daughter. 

I had noticed she had started to look at me in a strange way however recently and when I told her, she just told me to get a grip and go back to work in London. I asked her what was wrong and she just explained your a great husband and great father but I don’t see you in the same way anymore. 

BOOM that was it my life changed in a second, there was no going back there was no discussion, no way of talking her around she wanted me gone and that was it. 

I went to stay with my mum for a few days to see if she would calm down and change her mind as I was happy with my life and I didn’t want to turn it around. It was already pretty good. She didn’t calm down however and decided that she wanted to move out and take my daughter with her. 

Now unless you have been in this position before it is hard to describe the sinking feeling that you get when someone takes your children away from you. I have been in that position twice now and had to turn my life around to cope with it on each occasion. 

So I had a choice, I either sunk and became depressed and anxious or I had the choice to work out how to change my life around for the better. I have always been into personal development which is why I put together my own transformation program you can join here 

Then I started walking and getting myself fit and videoing my progression to help others and it all started with realising that we were meant to live a good life and we were meant to be happy – which is why I put this video together you can watch here 

There are just so many things I learnt on this journey about turning my life around and my top tips are below 

  1. You have to accept the situation – if you cannot change something and it is out of your control then you have to find a way to move on as quickly as possible
  2. Make a promise to yourself that this is an opportunity to turn your life around and that you may never have another chance, so make the most of it
  3. Don’t hate – you cannot hate someone for their decisions – they are entitled to live the life they want and their viewpoint will be different from your views
  4. You need to learn to recognise when you are unhappy and turn your life around earlier. There is no point living a compromised lifestyle at work or at home because you will never find happiness. Watch this video to see how giving love brings kindness into your life 
  5. Write everything down that you are unhappy with in your life. Don’t try and tackle them all at once as you will set yourself up for failure. Tick each item off as you improve yourself. Some of these things on improvement could be like those below
    1. If you are overweight it has a massive impact on your life. Make a promise to address this is as I guarantee that when you are lighter life becomes easier. I put this video together showing how I lost 5 stone in 3 short months and feel great for it
    2. Just force yourself to get up and smile. My transformation program walks you through this step by step and everyday to help you overcome any obstacles in front of you
    3. Believe that when you turn your life around it will get better. Things take time but with a positive outlook on life things will and do get better. But if you put yourself into a dark place you will find it so much harder to climb out of it. 
    4. If you really hate your job or other things in your life then look to change them. We are meant to be happy but if we don’t look for every opportunity to change our lives they will never change
    5. Buy yourself some new clothes, change your image and look fabulous when you walk out the door
    6. Hold your head high – just because someone doesn’t want to be with you doesn’t mean that there isn’t someone out there that sees you as being perfect you just have to find them
    7. Be patient with yourself and let time heal any wounds you have about your life. We cannot change the past but we can determine the future. When you set out on a path to spread love, happiness and kindness which are the foundations of life then the Universe will reward you for it
    8. Write down your progress, set goals, dream of things you want and then put a plan together on how you are going to get them. It is amazing what happens when you connect your thoughts to your goals and actively seek to change your life for the better. 
    9. Find friends who support you and can help you find the happiness in life you deserve. Don’t put up with negativity and it might be time to weed out those people in your life that bring you down and don’t add any value to it
    10. Get out in the outdoors find clarity in your thoughts and feelings and give yourself time and quietness to think about changing your mindset so you can change your life

Change isn’t easy guys and changing your life around is a decision you can make in a split second. Life is about staying consistent, staying positive and always following through with a plan. 

If we just sit there and complain about things but never do anything about it we are just treading water in life and we will never reach our true potential.
